Create a measure for gretaer than and less than

Hello,

I have 2 calculated measures I created ...

Provider % = COUNT( 'Test_Charge_Dataset'[CPT_Code])

Group % = IF (
ISFILTERED (Test_Charge_Dataset[Provider_Degree]), CALCULATE([Group Average], REMOVEFILTERS(Test_Charge_Dataset[Provider_Degree])), [Group Average])
I'm hoping someone could help create a formula that will show where the Provider % is 10% above or below the Group %
It also be helpful for me if we could ...
Create a formula that shows where the Provider % is 10% above the Group %
And
Create a formula that shows where the Provider % is 10% below the Group %

@jonnyA Going to depend heavily on context but let's say you have some table visual with these two measures in it. You could create a measure like:

``Ten Percent Above = IF(([Provider %]-[Group %])/[Group %]>=.1,1,0)``
