Create a matrix with non numerical data, like Jira

Hi community! Id like to built a matrix with non numerical values, like we can do in Jira, but all the options I reached in the desktop suit resume the data in math operations (count, first, last). I need to see all the content, like a matrix.

it is possible to do it in PBI?
