Create a graph by category member

Is there a way to do this in PowerBI??
I have a chart that I want to reproduce in PowerBi.

 

 

It's a bullet chart that I want to have by category.

In SSRS, I do this in putting the graph in a matrix which is grouped by category member.
Do anybody know how to do this in PBI ???

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    By my research and test, I'm afraid that we may not achieve your desired output directly in Power BI currently.

     

    If you're familiar with R script, you may create the visual with R script in Power BI.
