Create a filter in power bi so that it also pulls records which have null values

Hello, 

I have a table which has some records with null in the DATE field. Now my filter in the report is based out of that DATE field. When i try to run the report with that date, it excludes records which doesn't have a date value but i need those records as well in my output

How to handle this?
