Create a custom matrix table based on another matrix table

Hello

I created an array table like this:

Now, I'd like to use the values and apply a formula. Then display this in another matrix table with the same column name and row name. For example (first row, two first dates): (36*100/323) - 100 to -88.9% and so on...

My question is, how can I use the table value and apply the formula. Then display the result in another table?

    You can also create a calculated column. Something like that:

    Value3 =
VAR val =
    SUM ( 'Table'[Value] )
VAR Next_value =
    CALCULATE (
        MAX ( 'Table'[Value] ),
        'Table',
        'Table'[Category] = EARLIER ( 'Table'[Category] ),
        'Table'[Date]
            = EARLIER ( 'Table'[Date] ) + 1
    )
RETURN
    Next_value * 100 / 'Table'[Value] - 100
