Create a custom map in Power BI

Hi All, 

There is a requirement to create a map in power bi with details like which is the nearest hospital available , how many people of certain age group live in that location , what are the facilities available near to the address we are looking at. Something similar to google map.

Is there any way we can implement this? If not, what is the best solution that we can provide for such requirement?

Actually we need to search for a location and pin it and show related facilities near to it.
Is there any functionality to achieve this in ArcGIS map.
