Create a custom line in a scatter chart

I have a scatter chart showing incoming money vs outgoing money split by location. So each dot is a location, the x axis is incoming money, and y axis is outgoing money. I want a line in the graph w...

    I found a solution using Symmetry Shading. This creates a shaded triangle where the values meet, and I changed the bottom half to green (for good) and the top half to red. Perfect.
