    HI  Anonymous 

    Just adjust the the formula as below:

    Status =
IF (
    'DATA'[Progress] = 0,
    "DRAFT",
    IF (
        'DATA'[Progress] < 1
            && 'DATA'[Progress] > 0,
        "IN PROGRESS",
        IF ( 'DATA'[Progress] = 1, "CLOSED" )
    )
)
