Create a automated daily rate

Hi,   Is there a way I can autopopulate figures into each date using a start and end date. Below is a example I need to replicate. I need to create a daily rate.   Start date           End date  ...

Create a new column of measure and give value whare ever you want nad use that

 

new column =100

new measure =100

Unfortunately that wouldn't work as there can be thousands of rows of data and more data can be added on a daily basis.
