Create a View that Highlights a value on bar graph X-axis

Hello. I am wondering if there is a way I can create a view on my power bi report that highlights a value on the x-axis of the bar graph. For example, below is a bar graph. It would be great if I could go to a view and the MN bar only turns to Red.

    If this is a bar chart then you can change the bar colors from Format - Visual - Column - color option or you can change it using conditional formatting option

      Can you create a view from this for each of the variables on the x-axis?
