Create a Pannel with the column monthy/year

 I need to make a panel that shows me the total hours I have to consume monthly
In the project I have the columns:"Data inicio do Projeto", "Data Conclusao", "total do contrato" e o "tempo de contrato".
With this, I can know monthly how much I will consume.
Instead of having to create a spreadsheet with the monthly releases, I would like to know if it is possible, from this data, to generate a panel panel per month with the values.

Based on your description, I don't think this is difficult to implement in powerbi. But I need you to provide some test data and a screenshot of the expected results, so that I can easily answer for you as soon as possible.
