Create a Bingo table in power bi

Hi,

I would help to create a bingo table in Power BI as below and connect the questions and % values tied to the question number and apply conditional format if the question met score is 100% then its green. Scores below 100% not color change.

For example

Empathy:  is for question 2.5 Did the agent express empathy through words and tone? I have a met score and not met score in percentage

  • soumyaiyer Hey,
    I will follow below status

    1.  Organize your dataset with columns like Question Number, Question Description, Met Score (%), and Not Met Score (%).
    2. - Ensure there's a row for each question, with scores tied to their specific descriptions.
    3. Use the Matrix visual in Power BI and arrange Question Numberas rows, and other attributes like Question description as columns.
    4.  Add Conditional Formatting:
    5. - Go to the "Format" pane within your matrix visual.
      - Locate the Met Score (%)column, and apply conditional formatting rules.
      - Set a rule to change the background color to green when the score is 100%:
      - Rule: If Met Score (%) equals 100%, set background color to green.
    6. Adjust grid and cell formatting to mimic a bingo-style layout and use borders and spacing to enhance visual clarity.
    7. Through column relationships, ensure questions are linked correctly to scores in your data model.
    8. Simulate data scenarios to verify that scores meeting 100% appear in green as expected.

    Thanks

    - Create a table with columns: Label, QuestionNumber, MetScore, NotMetScore, Column (B-I-N-G-O).
    - Use a Matrix visual in Power BI to mimic the Bingo grid.
    - Add a DAX measure to display label + score.
    - Apply conditional formatting: if MetScore = 100, highlight green; else no color change.

    Hi soumyaiyer,

Thank you Shahid12523 for your continuous response.

In Power BI, you can create a Bingo-style table by first keeping your data ready with details like Question Number, Question Text, % Met, and % Not Met. After that, add a Table visual or a Matrix visual if you want it to look more like a grid/Bingo layout and show your questions with their percentage scores.
Next, apply conditional formatting on the % Met column, where you set a rule that if the score is 100% it should highlight in green, and if it is less than 100% it will stay as it is without any color. This way, each question will show its score clearly, and whenever it is a full 100%, the box will automatically turn green, just like ticking off a Bingo square.
