Create Table 1 row multiple columns

Hello,

How do you create a table with 1 row and multiple columns with data?

I am trying to get this into a table
EOMONTH(DATE (YEAR(TODAY()), MONTH(TODAY()), 1 ), -1)
EOMONTH(DATE (YEAR(TODAY()), MONTH(TODAY()), 1),-2)

I've had a go at using the DATATABLE function, had no success.

This works:

new table =
{
( EOMONTH ( DATE ( YEAR ( TODAY () ), MONTH ( TODAY () ), 1 ), -1 ), EOMONTH ( DATE ( YEAR ( TODAY () ), MONTH ( TODAY () ), 1 ), -2 ) )
}

Try

{(EOMONTH(DATE (YEAR(TODAY()), MONTH(TODAY()), 1 ), -1),
EOMONTH(DATE (YEAR(TODAY()), MONTH(TODAY()), 1),-2)}
