Create Roles to define user with full access to a report
Hi all! I have 1 Workspace in Premium Capacity with 2 Reports, Report1 and Report2. Both reports must be accessed by different user groups. I have John and Sarah that can only look into Report1, an...
XTF RLS works on data only not for whole report.
Provide Viewer access to all 4 users to both the reports.
Create roles in each of the report.
In published report go to Security and add John and Sarah for Report1 and Peter and Bruno for Report2.
If Peter logins and is able to browse the report1 , peter cannot see data inside.
