Create Measure that only affected by 1 slicer

Hi All, I Have this data. 

If I want to show 'EH Score National' based on only 'Year' Slicer and not affected by 'Dealer' and 'Branch' Slicer.
How to do that?

Hi @sherlycheng,

You could use ALL function when you create the measure.

Here is a similar thread you could refer to.

In addition, you also could use this feature Edit interactions under Format tab in Power BI Desktop.
