Create Measure that only affected by 1 slicer

Hi All, I Have this data.  If I want to show 'EH Score National' based on only 'Year' Slicer and not affected by 'Dealer' and 'Branch' Slicer. How to do that?    Thank you..

    Hi sherlycheng,

     

    You could use ALL function when you create the measure.

     

    Here is a similar thread you could refer to.

     

    In addition, you also could use this feature Edit interactions under Format tab in Power BI Desktop.
