Create Measure of Count of Excluded Values

When I use the Exclude feature highlighted in this article like this:

it creates a filter named Excluded (n) where n is the number of excluded values

How can I turn this count into a measure?  (In this example, my measure would return 1.)  Note that in my case, the excluded values do not have a common attribute so I cannot use any sort of filter in my DAX expression to get the count.

I'm afraid you can't do that as of now, maybe you can submit an idea to improve Power BI.
