Create Button for Export Data and Save As
I was able to do a workaround by creating a button > Action > Web URL. I copied the link to the Excel file (minus any link info after the filename so it doesn't just open the file) and it initiates the Save As dialog.

Yeah, I saw that video but Power Automate doesn't appear to have a "Save As" feature built into it--rather, it's built-in flows require to connect to another program such as Outlook or SharePoint. There may be a way to do what I need in Power Automate, but if it isn't built-in, I have no idea how to do it.

How did you get the link to the Excel file?
It's been a while, but I think I just copied it from the Excel file's location in SharePoint. I can't remember if I copied from the opened Excel file's URL or clicking the check circle next to the file and right-clicking and Copy link.
