Create 14 Day ( 2 weekly Bins) from Day Month Column

Hi EXperts&nbsp;How would you create a 14 day or 2 weekly bins from the following Daymonth column as show in the image - i have tried to right click the column but i do not get the correct bin option. as also shown below&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
