Hello,
I created a Power BI report and was training my coworker how to operate it. Everything was going well until they tried refreshing the report and the below error popped up. The data is coming from files in a shared drive we both have access to. I checked the mapping of the files and it's all correct and I am still able to refresh it's just no one else can. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks,

Hi Ibasaric.
Despite your U: drive being a shared network drive which you both have access to, I am afraid that the answer is that Power BI is not able to see your shared network drive. For files to be accesible to Power BI in the Service, they either need to be stored in the cloud, or you need to install a gateway to access your network drive.
The easiest solution for you would probably be to store the files in a shared Sharepoint Folder, which is truly in the cloud, and able for Power BI to access.
