Country filter does'nt seem to work

Hi,

I encounter a problem to filter datas by country, in the 365 adoption pack : I just took initial reports I found on the Adoption pack website and try to edit them but I have a strange behaviour. I obtain always the same amount of datas/users when I put a new criteria, filtered by country (ex in attachment). Can you please tell me if I have something else to do ?
