VAR _Start =EOMONTH( TODAY(),-2)+1
VAR _End = EOMONTH( TODAY(),-1)

RETURN
CALCULATE(
    COUNTROWS(Data),
    USERELATIONSHIP(Data[Created], 'Calendar'[Date]),
    DATESBETWEEN('Calendar'[Date] ,_Start,_End
