Countrow customer matrix with filter on visual

Hello,

I'm trying to do the customer count in the matrix based on the fields that are in the visual's filter panes. 
The count customer in the Card does not take the variables located at the level of the filters of the visual.

In this example, I am filtering on the Total sales and Biggest sale variables. The number of customers in the visual 
should be 3 but the calculation does not behave that way.
 
Is there an easy way to achieve this result?
