Count the occurrence of score in each column for each question

Hi Experts

I want to  be able to count the score 0-10 for each question that i have in my FACT Table See image of expected end result

For the first question: TheExoskeletonsuitsmephysicallyw - the table above is the source data as it appears in the FACT as you can see in the end result the score 0 oocurs 4 time and 5 once and 4 once and 10 once too - as shown in the send table.
