Count the occurance at summarize level

I need a help. Basically count the number of reds and amber occurance at summarize level

Name	Target_Met	Met %
A	Amber	90%
B	Red	80%
C	Amber	90%
D	Red	70%

Hi @Sriku,

You want the count to be reverse engineered so how do we first get the original target number? Is it same for all the names or is it different?
