Count rows per date

Hello,

Hello,

I need to count the number of projects closed per month. I have the closed date as below. So I would like a linechart that shows the number of projects closed by month. I am struggling with this. Ideally by quarter as well. So it should show 2 projects October, one November and one December.

Project IDDate Closed
abc17/10/2019
abb18/10/2019
cba19/11/2019
bca30/12/2019

Any ideas?

Thanks

You can create a Month Column based on Closed Date. Then you can create a measure using DISTINTCOUNT function on projectid. Use the Month column and measure in a chart to have your results.
