Count open ticket

Greetings dear PowerBi user

I have a single task but, no luck to find the way to do it.

I have a Table of Ticket and a Date Table

The Ticket Table look like this : TicketID, Created Date, Closed Date

I want to know, for every day, the number of open ticket

So I search for and read a lot, but all my try wasn't succesfull.

If someone can throw me a path a solution, it will be very usefull.

Thank You

      Thank you!

Even if it's works, it's too heavy for my need, with my data set, it takes over 10 minutes to show the result, and since it's a mesure, of everyday, I can't show average by month or week, because the mesure will add every open ticket for every day.

But, it's a good start where I can build on it.

        Hi Anonymous ,

        Have you solved this problem?

If you have, please share us the solution.

If not, please share me a dummy PBIX file, removing sensitive information and replacing real data with dummy data, for test. It is suggested to upload your file to OneDrive for Business and then paste the link here.

        Best Regards,

        Icey
