Count of users over multiple rows that has a specific value in a column

Hi all ,

need some help, i'm new to power bi and this one has me stumped.

i want to count the users that don't and do have

UserRole nameRole Type
AWalk the dogWorker
AWater the dogWorker
ABuy dog foodManager
BWalk the dogWorker
BWater the dogWorker
Bfeed the dogWorker
CBuy dog foodManager

Expected result should be

That is supposed to be calculated column, not a measure.

Hi @rafterse ,

Try this:

Has manager role =
NOT (
    ISBLANK (
        CALCULATE (
            COUNTROWS ( data ),
            FILTER (
                data,
                data[User] = EARLIER ( data[User] )
                    && data[Role Type] = "Manager"
            )
        )
    )
)
