Countrows(Summarize(Table, Table[Start], Table[End]))
or
Countrows(Summarize(filter(Table, Table[ activity type] <> 4) , Table[Start], Table[End]))
or
Countrows(Summarize(Table, Table[Start], Table[End], Table[Employee Number]))
