Count of project status each month

I am trying to build a dashboard that will show me what the totals of health status from month to month:

Looking for tips on how I can start to build this out in bar chart in Power BI.

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
