Count of employes per year

I have a list of employes with a function, start date and an end date: 

Pete	01-01-2018	31-12-2055	sales
Maria	12-03-2019	31-12-2055	after sales
Sharon	01-01-2018	31-12-2020	sales
Mike	15-04-2020	31-12-2021	after sales

I'm looking for the answer: 

	2018	2019	2020	2021	2022
sales	2	2	2	1	1
after sales		1	2	2	1

How can I get this done in Power BI?
