Count of Assigned and Resolved By

Hi,

I need help in getting the count of assigned and resolved by tickets. Please see reference below:

Employee NameAssignedResolved By
Emp 1100105
Emp 25045

So Emp 1 has 100 tickets assigned to him and he resolved 105 tickets inclusing Emp 2.

I'm not able to display the output like the one from the reference above as it keeps counting the total of Assigned. Is there a way for this? Thanks for the help!

Hi @rlsid1792 - as per the above information, i have tested with small dataset with 15 records.

to get the count of assigned tickets and resolved ticket create two measures as below:

AssignedTickets =
COUNTROWS(FILTER(Tickets, Tickets[AssignedTo] = MAX(Tickets[EmployeeName])))

Resolved:
ResolvedTickets =
COUNTROWS(FILTER(Tickets, Tickets[ResolvedBy] = MAX(Tickets[EmployeeName])))

take a table chart, you can see the expected output , change the columns and tables as per your model.
