    Hi Anonymous 

    take a look at the following solution:

     

     

    Count active User = 
CALCULATE(
    COUNTROWS('Table'),
    FILTER(
        'Table',
        'Table'[Created Date] <= MIN('Calendar'[Date]) && 'Table'[Last Date] >= MIN('Calendar'[Date])
    )
)
