Count multiple values in a cell
How can I count multiple values in a unique cell, I have like 58 values (11 categories with multiples) unpivoted and while trying to unpivot them, they dont create relationship between the 38 original lines (real number of "projects") and when I use segmentation of data I can't use their ID (number of projects running) on the segmentation and still get all data of the 58 values instead of 38 (with missing category data)
It seems a bit confused but let me know if you don't understant something, the subject tells exactly what I need help

You can try splitting column by row instead of column in the Power Query Editor.
Then three category columns will be displayed in one column and the result is as follows.

Please provide sample data in usable format and show expected outcome.
Here is the actual view of my power bi,
I want the view of Per ID - All Categories before select a category (I have 38 projects running with a total of 58 categories, Per ID uses the total of 38 categories *using just one column* and Per Measure the total of 58 categories but I don't want to count as 58 projects)
and after select a segmentation of data the view of Per Measure - One Category

Here is the column im working with (Category Raised), I unpivoted the column and I have a column for Category 1, Category 2, Category 3 and really want to know how to manipulate three columns and make the power bi sees that the three columns values are for one ID, if I filter one category it really recognize that each value are for one project, not independent
what's the best solution for this?
