Count measure

Hi Dears,   I have a simple measure but struggling to find the right forumla.  I have the following column   X X X Y Z   I want to reach Total = (SUM of X + SUM of Y)   thanks in advance...

    calculate(countrows(yourtablename),[yourcolumnname]="X"||[yourcolumnname]="Y")
