I got result calculate a mesure like below, (it is in the report page:.)
I want to make a chart based on the result measured. My result will be as follow based on the measure:
Green = 8
Red = 6
Yellow = 1
Please note that choosing slicer option result will be changed of the measure 2.

You cannot group measure results. You need to create an entirely new measure that calculates the grouping.
Please provide sanitized sample data that fully covers your issue. If you paste the data into a table in your post or use one of the file services it will be easier to work with.
