Hi try with this:
CountinAllHirerColumns = CALCULATE ( COUNTROWS ( Table1 ), USERELATIONSHIP ( HirerTable[Hirer], Table1[Hirer 1] ) ) + CALCULATE ( COUNTROWS ( Table1 ), USERELATIONSHIP ( HirerTable[Hirer], Table1[Hirer 2] ) ) + CALCULATE ( COUNTROWS ( Table1 ), USERELATIONSHIP ( HirerTable[Hirer], Table1[Hirer 3] ) )After that in your visual filter:
