Count in Card and Graph visual do not match corresponding Table visual

Question

Hello,I have the same data displayed in a Table, Chart, and Card. The count in the Chart and Card are higher than the corresponding data in the table for some dates. See example highlighted in pic for 10/4 the Chart and Card count 2 but the table only has 1 entry. Any suggestions are appreciated.Thank you.

Isn't the card showing 25?
&nbsp;
Very dificult to help you without access to your data/file.
&nbsp;
My instinct says you are showing different data/values in the card, table and chart.
&nbsp;
Can you supply your file please?

Hello Phil,Thanks for taking a look. Unfortunately I can't share the file due to agency policy. The table only has 20 data points, and when I take the table visualization and convert it to the chart visualization I get the same result as shown in the picture where the chart and card visualization indicate 25 data points total instead of 20. When I compare them, for example on 10/4, the chart has a count of 2 data points whereas the table has a count of 1. Below is the data table.
