Count flag traffic vehicle based on period

Hi all,

I have case to count how many traffic vehicle at building based on period with sample data like this 

I need to count how many in qty traffic cars at one building while the cars going in, going out and stay at the building until the cars going out from the building

I just create sample manual concept in excel how to count every traffic in every period.

There are flag red check to count cars traffic.

If period equal to 01/01/2023 so the traffic is 2 (in)
If period equal to 02/01/2023 so the traffic is 3 (out, stay and in)

If period equal to 03/01/2023 so the traffic is 2 (stay and out)

If period equal to 04/01/2023 so the traffic is 1 (out)

How to create dax with this case ?
