    FILTER (
        VALUES ( Table1[ID] ),
        CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table1[Total] ), Table1[Data Type] = "Method1" )
            = CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table1[Total] ), Table1[Data Type] = "Method2" )

)

Will there only be 2 data types or can there be more as well?
