Count Technician Visits
Hello, good afternoon.
I am trying to count the number of technical visits that are made month by month in our company.
For this I am working with a table that comes from our ticket, where each ticket is categorized according to whether it is a visit or if it is remote resolution.
The problem we have is that on a visiting day, the same technician creates more than one ticket.
Then I would need some way to count the tickets, but so that tickets made on the same day and in the name of the same client are counted as a single visit.
Does anyone know any way?
From already thank you very much, cordial greetings.
Hi, Syndicate_Admin
Measure = Var _table=SUMMARIZE('Table','Table'[Date],"Sum",[Count]) Return SUMX(_table,[Sum])Is this the result you expect?

Hi, Syndicate_Admin
You can try the following methods.
Sample data:Measure:
Count = CALCULATE ( DISTINCTCOUNT ( 'Table'[Technician ID] ), ALLEXCEPT ( 'Table', 'Table'[Date] ) )Is this the result you expect?

Hello, good day.
This helps me a lot.Now what I would need to achieve is that the result of the measure is the sum of everything that appears in the Count column.
For example, for the example, it should result in total 5.- v-zhangti
