Ok. Try:

more than or equal 2 = 

VAR _SelCust = MAX(Table[Customer])

VAR _CR = COUNTROWS(FILTER(ALLSELECTED(Table), Table[Customer]  = _SelCust)

RETURN

COUNTROWS(FILTER(VALUES(Table[Customer]), _CR >= 2))
