Count (Number of) Accounts Question

Hi, I have a PBI table visual like in the snip below.

The table automatically include the TOTAL sum of Cost$ and Revenue$.

How can I get a TOTAL of the number of accounts (i.e. the Count of Account Names)?

I don't see such a option for the table visual.

Thank you.

  • Hi Anonymous ,

    You can do this by making the Account Name a measure in a table visual:

    Accounts = SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Account Name],format(DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[Account Name]),"#,##0") & " accounts")

    You will need that Account ID to be always on the table and not summarizing for it to work.

    Hope that helps!
