Hello
I am wanting to count the number of new and existing contacts based on the case (incident) creation date. For example I want to know how many case (incident) have been created to new contacts or exisiting contacts. So if the contact associated with a case was created on a date before the case creation date then this would be an existing contact (not new). And if the contact was create on the same day as the case the this would be classed as a new contact.
I'm thinking there must be a formular to work this out, maybe on the record created on or modified on, just not sure where to start.
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreiated.
