Count Lastest Records Before Selected Date

This uses a disconnected calendar table.
Tahnk you for your assistance! While this is getting me closer to the desired output, is not what I need. I have over 30 fields in my real database, I don`t think I can specify them all in the formula. I tested by removing the Labour Type from it, and itseems the calculation is not working.
