Count IF Power Bi

Trying to create a count if function in power bi

    Hi,

    Does these measures work?

    Average sale of all POG = calculate([Sales_avg1],all(POG[POG_Cluster])) 

    Measure = countrows(filter(values(POG[POG_Cluster]),[Sales_avg1]<[average sale of all POG]))

    If this does not work, then share the link from where i can download your PBI file.

Anonymous can you share sample data (it is important to understand) and also the measure you are using to calculate the average?
