Count Day, get averages & display monthly intervals when dates are in multiple columns

The data is pulled from a SharePoint list (sample data provided)

The end goal is to:

  1. Create a chart that displays the average days between Cred Paperwork Completed (column C) to Submitted Date Per carrier and average days From Submitted Date to Effective Effective Per carrier
  2. I then need a second line or bar chart showing the same data over time

NOT all providers will get credentialed by every single insurance carrier so fields are blank. When writing the DAX Measure to average the days, I need to know HOW TO IGNORE BLANK ROWS

As always, any and All assistance / suggestions are appreciated.

Example of desired end result

Hi Ashish, close but I need to add to the DAX to ignore the blank rows () as not all providers will get credentialed by all 20 insurers which is what I think causes the negative values.

Hi,

In the data transformation process, the cells with blanks are already being removed.  The reason for the negative days is that in some cases, the submit date is before the effective date.
