The end goal is to:
NOT all providers will get credentialed by every single insurance carrier so fields are blank. When writing the DAX Measure to average the days, I need to know HOW TO IGNORE BLANK ROWS

Hi Ashish, close but I need to add to the DAX to ignore the blank rows () as not all providers will get credentialed by all 20 insurers which is what I think causes the negative values.

In the data transformation process, the cells with blanks are already being removed. The reason for the negative days is that in some cases, the submit date is before the effective date.
