Count By Months and regions

I can count region-wise, ex China = 4 but not able to count Monthwise. Like June = 3.

Take count(Table[Country]) or distinctcount(Table[Country]) or countrows(Table) it should do for both , when you take them as group by/Axis

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format?
