Hi. I am a PowerBI Developer and I have published a report to workspace. My end users however are unable to view the tables in my report. The error is saying as below:

Please help as I am unsure how to solve this.

I have applied what you have suggested. Clear cache and republish. The end users still cannot load the table. Data is Direct Query and is not using on premise gateway as it is greyed out. What else can I check in my settings?

In case it is a direct query using on-premise source, make sure the gateway is up and running
